Cancellation policy Applied penalty charges (percentage applied to the total amount of your reservation):
Surcharges and extras The prices for a stay with duration of less than 3 nights and the price for single occupation of a double room are available only on request. Not taken meals get not deducted from confirmed price. We will try to fulfill all your wishes, but we cannot fix room numbers and floor number. Check in/ out Check in on arrival day after 3.00 pm Check out at departure day before 10.30 am Please be so kind to inform us if you intend to arrive after 6.00 pm. Shuttle Bus (only winter) Our own shuttle bus will be on your disposal for free from 8.15 am to 6.00 pm.
