All you need to know for a pleasant stay at Hotel Arnaria

General Information

Opening hours:

• Breakfast: from 07.30 to 10.00
• Dinner: from 19.00 to 20.30
• Bar and common areas:  7.30 to 22.30
• Reception: 7:30 to 13:00 and 13:30 to 22.00

• Indoor pool (30°): 06.30 to 19.30
  Small children should wear a wet nappy if necessary.
• Finnish sauna, steam bath and herbal bath: 15.00 to 19.30 (in summer only by appointment)
  Children aged 16 and over allowed.
• Garden whirlpool (34°):
  Summer from 11.00 to 19.30
  Winter: 16.00 to 19.30
• Gym: 8.00 to 19.30
  Children aged 12 and over are allowed unaccompanied.

For your safety and hygiene, please note that glass items are not allowed in the indoor wellness area and at the jacuzzi.

The bathrobes and towels provided in your room in the brown wellness bag will remain with you throughout your stay.
If you would like to change a bathrobe, please let us know and a charge of Euro 5.00 per bathrobe will be added to your hotel bill.
Fresh bath towels are available in the sauna area.
For environmental reasons, slippers are not provided in the room, but can be requested free of charge at the reception.

• Night entrance: we do not have a night porter; after 23.00 you can open the main entrance with your key/room card, on the left side you will find a grey card reader.
• Check-out: please leave your room within 10.30 on the day of departure. If you are short on time on the day of departure, we kindly ask you to settle your hotel bill by 10:00 p.m. on the previous day. Payment can be made by cash, EC card, credit card (except American Express) or debit card.
• Late check-out: We are sorry, but the service is not available. All services end at check-out, and the hotel does not offer luggage storage.
• Winter heating: use the wall thermostat to regulate the room temperature and remember that the only way to lower the heat is to open the window.
• Summer: we do not have air conditioning.
• Water: Tap water is potable. Kindly note that it is not served in the bar and restaurant.
• Minibar: Consumed bottles of mineral water will be charged with € 2,50.- per bottle. 
• Bathroom: Please notice that water is a valuable commodity here, there are no wet baths and taps must be switched off after use.
• Safe: it is in the wardrobe and can be opened with a code.
• Iron: due to the amount of wood in the room, we are unable to provide an iron for safety reasons. Please ask at the reception and we will show you the room where you can iron your clothes.
• Kettle: for hygenic reasons there is no kettle in the room, but if you need one you are welcome to order one at the reception (€ 10,00.- for the duration of your stay).
• Playroom: is located in located on the lower floor.
• Lift: there is an elevator in our building, but it does not provide direct access to the garage. Please do not let your young children use the lift unsupervised.
• Visitors: due to the size of the Hotel and to ensure comfort and sicurety of all guests only registered guests are permitted in the rooms, our restaurant and bar are exclusively for house guests.

Shuttle service (Winter only)
From 8.15 am to 11.30 am and from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Our driver is available to accompany you to the Seceda cable car valley station, the Alpe di Siusi cable car valley station, or Piazza Sant'Antonio in the village centre. For your return transfer, please contact him at +39 389 4544813 and inform him of your pickup point (Seceda, Alpe di Siusi, or the centre).For your return please call him at the number 0039 389 4544813 and tell him where you are (Seceda, Alpe di Siusi, centre). Please call only once you have arrived at the location, as there are bus stops only and no parking spaces available.

Room cleaning
Our hard-working maids are on duty from 8.30 am to 2 pm, but if you have a “Do not disturb” sign on the door, they will not enter your room.
If you have any special requests, please contact the reception. These can be accepted until 7:00 p.m.

Room service
Is available for drinks during opening hours of the bar (8.00 - 22.30)
There is a 5,00.- Euro supplement for room service.

Laundry service
On request and subject to availability, we offer a standard laundry service with delivery times within 48 hours.

Laundry bags are available at reception.

Car parking
We have an outdoor car park and one free parking space per room in the underground car park.

We have two charging points for electric cars, which can be used for a fee; the charging card is available at the reception.

Tennis courts
Just a few minutes from the hotel is the tennis centre, where you can use 4 indoor and 4 outdoor courts free of charge during the summer.
You are werlcome ask for the Voucher at the reception and the reservations can be made by calling +39 0471 797275.
Please note that  the reserved courts must be played, otherwise the court fee will be charged.

If you have booked a room with breakfast but would still like to have dinner with us, please ask at the reception if a table is available.
Table reservations are only accepted in the morning. Daily Menu (4 course menu + buffet from € 52,00 to € 58,00 per person) NO HALAL.

Due to our size and the number of staff, we are generally unable to accommodate external guests. Please check with reception to see if an exception can be made (high season excluded).

We have a small simple drinks menu, but we do not have a food menu and the bar is open only for house guests.

Tap water is not served at the bar.
