Prices

Our prices are in Euro, per person with half board.

Children & Youth Prices

If they are sleeping in their parent's room (with 2 full-paying guests) our small guests also receive small prices:

• 2-6 years -50%| 6-16 years -30%| 16-18 years - 20%
• Adults in additional beds get a 20% discount

Confirmation of your reservation

Upon receipt of your written reservation and a deposit, the reservation is binding and you will receive our final confirmation of reservation. You can pay the deposit by bank transfer.

Methods of payment

You are welcome to pay by cash, EC card, credit card (except American Express) or ATM. It is our intention to keep the prices as stated. In the event of unforeseeable economic developments or changes in the VAT rate, an adjustment must unfortunately be made.

Cancellation fees

In case of cancellation within 39 days from the beginning of the holiday, the deposit will be retained as a cancellation charge.
In case of cancellation within a period between 39 and 14 days before the beginning of the holiday, we will charge 50% of the booked stay. From 13 to 8 days before the start of the holiday we will charge 60%, from 7 days or in case of late arrival or early departure we will charge 100% of the booked stay.

In case of a of timely cancellation, the deposit will either be credited or refunded to you for a future stay, as you prefer.

Surcharges and extras

• Prices for a stay of less than 3 nights only upon request.
• Double rooms with single occupancy only upon request.
• Meals not taken will not be deducted.
• We always try to take your wishes into account, but we cannot guarantee a room number or floor when making your reservation.

Check-in and check-out

• On the day of arrival from 15:00
• On the day of departure before 10:30
• If you arrive after 18:00, please inform us by telephone

Our opening hours

• Breakfast from 7:30 to 10:00
• Dinner from 19:00 to 20:30
• Bar and reception from 7:30 to 22:30

Parking

• We have outdoor parking and one parking space per room in our garage is guaranteed.

E-Charging station

• We have two charging stations for e-cars, which can be used for an additional fee.

Forgotten something in the Hotel?

• Forgotten items will be returned upon request using a local, trustworthy service. The guest bears the shipping costs. Please fill out the following form: www.foundandsend.it

Animals

• We are very sorry, but animals are not welcome in our house.

Shuttle Bus (winter only)

Our own shuttle bus is available free of charge every day from 08:15 am to 11:30 am and from 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm.

Internet

The lobby, bar area and all rooms are equipped with free Wi-Fi Internet connection.

Tourist tax

As of 01.01.2024 the tourist tax will be 3,90 € per person (aged 14 years and over) and day and is paid on departure.

Guest-PASS - Terms & conditions

• Upon completion of the accommodation contract, the Südtirol Alto Adige Guest Pass (consequently Guest Pass) will be issued to the guest, which according to the decision of the South Tyrolean regional government No. 732/2022, is valid for the entire duration of their stay as well as from 0:00 on the day of arrival unto 24:00 on the day of departure.
• The Guest Pass includes the use of all public transport within the “südtirolmobil” network area as well as additional services, which vary depending on the tourism organization. Detailed information can be found at: suedtirol-guestpass.info.
• The sole entity carrying the Guest Pass in South Tyrol is the Mobilitätskonsortium, appointed as the unified coordination point in accordance with the above decision of the South Tyrolean regional government by the Provincial Association of Tourism Organizations of South Tyrol on November 16, 2022.The details of the additional services associated with the Guest Pass and the conditions of use of the Guest Pass are communicated by the third party responsible for issuing and managing the Guest Pass.
