Winter holidays in Ortisei with access to the Sellaronda

Winter in Val Gardena promises unique experiences on the ski slopes of the Val Gardena - Alpe di Siusi ski area, which is part of the world's largest ski circuit, the Dolomiti Superski. Beginners and professionals alike will love the excellently maintained slopes. Cross-country skiing in Val Gardena is wonderful on the sunny Alpe di Siusi, where a total of 80 km of cross-country ski trails at all levels of difficulty are waiting for you in this wonderful setting.

Away from the ski slopes, the alpine pasture Rasciesa is an excellent place for a walk in the snow, a snowshoe hike or a toboggan excursion for the whole family. Take the Raschötz/Rasciesa funicular in Ortisei, which takes you directly to the Puez-Odle Nature Park, where you can enjoy a breath-taking view of the snow-covered Val Gardena mountains: the Sella massif, the Sassolungo group and the Sciliar all tower impressively before your eyes.
Because we love nature and are committed to our UNESCO World Heritage here in the Dolomites, our guests receive the Val Gardena Mobil Card, which allows them to use all Val Gardena buses and ski buses for free. There is a bus stop directly in front of the Hotel Arnaria.

In addition, our in-house shuttle bus service is available to you in winter from 8:15 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. The shuttle will be happy to take you to the centre of Ortisei, as well as to the Seceda valley station (with a connection to Sellaronda) and to the Alpe di Siusi valley station. After making an appointment by telephone, it will pick you up at one of the specified locations if desired. This means you can spend your day skiing in the Dolomites without worrying and enjoy it to the full!
